Booth’s Reservations & Refunds
All booth purchases are nonrefundable.
Booths can only be purchased through the floorplan on our website. A booth is reserved only when purchased; spaces cannot be held without payment. We are happy to assist you with the purchase process.
Important Notice Before Reserving a Booth
• No Refunds: Booth fees are nonrefundable if you attend the event.
• Credit Option: If you cannot attend, you may request credit toward a future event. You must notify us at least seven days before the date of the event to qualify.
Please review and understand these terms before completing your reservation.
Exhibitors who take unassigned space or occupy another vendor’s reserved booth will be prohibited from participating in future events.
