1. Holistic Healing Expo is not responsible for the services provided by individual vendors.

2. Holistic Healing Expo reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product, or service. All decisions are final and binding.

3. Smoking, open flames, and strong scents are strictly prohibited in the Exhibit Hall. Do not burn scented candles, incense, sage, herbs, or diffuse essential oils. Some attendees and exhibitors may be sensitive to fragrances.

4. Holistic Healing Expo is not responsible for personal injury or lost/stolen belongings. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

5. Exhibitors must comply with all City and State resale, licensing, and Health Department regulations.

6. Holistic Healing Expo is not responsible for event interruptions caused by outside forces, including acts of God, fire, war, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the event must be postponed, exhibitor fees will be transferred to the rescheduled date or another Holistic Healing Expo event.

7.  Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event, producer,
management, and staff from any and all claims, causes of action and suits accruing or resulting from, any damages, injuries, or losses involving attendees, employees, guests, other exhibitors, or the public, arising from participation in the event.

8. Exhibitors are financially responsible for any damage they cause to booths, decorations, or Exhibit Hall property.

9. This contract applies to all future Holistic Healing Expo events in which the exhibitor participates. Holistic Healing Expo may update contract terms with a 10-day notice.
